Are you not a professional installer, but do you need a sanitary part from Life Moments or one of our brands SANINDUSA and OLI? Then you can order the part you are looking for in our webshop. All our service parts, including the part you are looking for, can be found under the “Toilet parts” category. You can order just like in any web store. Place the product in your shopping cart and follow the steps. You don’t need to log in for this. It’s that easy. You can pay via iDeal, Bancontact / Mister Cash or by bank transfer. The order will be shipped as soon as we’ll have received payment. You can also pick up your order at our desk in Bunschoten.
The prices of our products are displayed for consumers including VAT. The VAT is also shown separately in the shopping cart and the ordering process. The final total price you pay includes VAT.
When you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation of your order in your mailbox. This order confirmation contains your details and the product(s) you have ordered. If you do not pay with iDeal, this overview also contains the payment details to pay the amount yourself by bank transfer. You will also see your order and payment details on our site when you have placed the order.
If you pay with iDeal make sure that you go through the entire iDeal payment process and do not close your internet browser before you are sent back to our site by your bank.
We offer installers the option to create an account. With an account it becomes easier to place repeat orders and you as an installer are entitled to an installer discount.
When you are logged in, you will see the prices of our products and your corresponding discount. You can order as in any online stores. Place the product(s) in your shopping cart and follow the steps. You can pay directly via iDeal, Bancontact / Mister Cash or a bank transfer. You will receive the order confirmation in your mail with the details of your order.
If you want to pay by invoice, you will receive your invoice by email. Payment by invoice is within 14 days.
