For consumers

Can I buy all the offered sanitary items?
– As a consumer you can buy all the offered items in our webshop.

How can I pay?
– You can pay via iDeal, Bancontact / Mister Cash or by bank transfer. You will receive the details for a bank transfer in your (confirmation) e-mail if you choose this payment option.

What are the shipping costs?
– The shipping costs are € 6.95 for parts that are too large for your letterbox or € 2.50 if they can be sent by post (letterbox post). If you live in Belgium, Germany or the United Kingdom, you pay € 12.95 for shipping. You can pick it up yourself at our office and is of course free of charge, but by appointment.

What is the delivery time?
– Your order will be processed as soon as we have received the payment. The delivery time is 1 to 3 working days.

Can I exchange or return?
– You can easily exchange or return a part within 14 days after purchase. You can only exchange or return if the product has not been removed from the packaging and used.

For installers

How do I register as a customer?
– You can register as a customer by contacting us. This can be done by email info@lifemoments.nl or by telephone +31 33 2587442. Only installers who are registered in the Chamber of Commerce can register for this.

Do I get a discount?
– Yes, as an affiliated installer of Life Moments B.V. you will receive an attractive discount.

How can I pay?
– You can pay directly via iDeal, Bancontact / Mister Cash, a bank transfer or afterwards via an invoice. This automatically refers to the ordering process of our webshop.

Can I exchange or return
– Please contact us if you have any questions or want to know more about the conditions of exchange or return.
